Housing and Interiors 1 provides opportunities for students to evaluate the housing market; housing needs for individuals, families, and communities; and career pathways in the housing and interiors industries. Identification of the elements and principles of design is emphasized. Students will develop knowledge and skills that enable them to plan safe and affordable homes for changing families in a world of diverse interests, cultures, and values.
