Archibald Rutledge Scholarship Program | - Must be a high school senior on track to graduate by the conclusion of the 2024-2025 school year.
- Must plan to attend a South Carolina college or university.
- Must be a US Citizen and have attended public school in South Carolina for the past two consecutive years.
- May only apply for a scholarship in one of the five art disciplines: Creative Writing, Dance, Music, Theatre, Visual Arts.
- Applications are available in the BEHS Guidance Office.

Hagan Scholarship Foundation | - Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Must attend a traditional public high school located in the US.
- Must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA.
- Must enroll at an eligible four-year college or university following high school graduation.
- Must work 240 hours from January 1, 2025 until commencement of the 2025 fall semester in college.
- Applicant's Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for 2022 Federal Income Tax Purposes must not have exceeded $100,000.
- Must not have a felony conviction.
