Hampton Wildlife Fund Scholarships
  1. Harry Hampton Scholarship for students in the natural resources disciplines of wildlife biology, fisheries biology, forestry, marine or environmental science.
  2. Wallace F. Pate Scholarship for students in the natural resources disciplines of wildlife biology, fisheries, biology, forestry, marine or environmental science.
  3. Davis M. Cline Scholarship for students who wish to further their education in law enforcement/criminal justice/forensic science.  Pre-medical curricula on a path to forensic medicine does NOT qualify for this scholarship.
  4. James O. Thomason Scholarship for students who wish to further their education in print or photo journalism, advertising, public relations or mass communications.

Hagan Scholarship
  • Must achieve a 3.75 Core GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Must score 24 or higher on the ACT or 1150 on the SAT.
  • Must enroll at an eligible four year colleges or university the fall semester following high school graduation.
  • Must work 240 hours in the twelve months prior to the start of each academic year of college.
  • Must complete the FAFSA in 2019 and EFC must be less than $6500.00.
  • Must apply for eligible Federal and State grants.
  • Must not have been convicted of a felony.

  • Must be present for the organization's Scholarship Banquet on March 14, 2020.
  • Must be willing to take a picture to upload on the organization's website.

  • Must be a graduating high school senior in South Carolina.
  • The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the applicant must have been a legal resident of South Carolina for at least one year. 
  • Must have the recommendation of his/her principal, headmaster, or guidance counselor.
  • Must attend a college, university, or technical school in South Carolina.
  • Must be of good moral character and reputation.
